Windows 7: how to change folder icons

how do i change them from that ugly yellow to a darkish blue. like mr grims. ive seens his before. where do i get these and how do i install them?

The way I did it was by changing the default icons in the imageres and shell32 dll's using Restorator.

If you take ownership of those 2 dll's in system32 you can then replace them with the modified ones, if you upgrade to build 7260 x86 I can give you the dll's to replace the originals, also you will find the the download links for the blue icons in the custom theme thread.
