Why does my right click menu look like this no matter what theme i have on???

i have before, but even when i use windows 7 default theme it still looks like that, i also get this when i change the color...

That's all that will change from there & that's the menu you will get with all default Aero themes.
A custom aero theme can have the menu changed if the maker changed them.

The only way to change it is with Ave's Windows7 Style Builder to edit the aero.msstyle
Or a resources hacker to edit the aero.msstyle

If you are using the default Aero theme I have Windows Style Builder & will change it for you?
That will change the dropdown menu's in Window Explorer & Firefox, IE to.

that sounds good, what are the options to change it to, i have like an "aurora" purple theme.

You you using the default Aero theme or a 3rd party custom theme? A screenshot please of Window Explorer
