    need help removing screensaver

I am having a problem removing a downloaded screensaver name from the settings. The software did not remove the name from the list when I uninstalled the screensaver.

I don't use screensavers, so what list is it? Post a screenshot will be very clear. What method do you use to pull up this list?

You can manually delete the screen saver app by doing an Advanced Search to locate any remnants left behind by the delete process you've already done. When you open the Advanced Search screen, be sure to set the search options to search the whole computer (not just the Indexed locations), and check the option that says: "Include non-indexed, system and hidden files..." When your screen saver results come up, you can delete any screen saver files or folders that you find, right from the results list. (The search may be slower than you're used to, but it will be thorough.)
