Any one who wants a download link to the Windows Default Font folder (from Windows 7 Pro 32 bit, but I am pretty sure it is the same on all versions of Windows 7) can get it by going to MobileMe

There will be one folder called 'Fonts' there; it will contain about 354MB worth of default fonts.

(STEELING IS WRONG, DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS UNLESS YOU ALREADY OWN ALL OF THE FILES AND JUST WANT TO REPLACE THEM)

To download click on the folder, then click on the arrow pointing into a box in the top middle of your screen.

It will download as a zip file (I don't know how big it'll be). Unzip it and then do whatever you want to do with it on your Windows 7 PC.

There are no Viruses (according to MSE) in this download.

Please feel free to thank me.

    Oli

PS I would not recommend using IE to download this due to HTML5 compatibility problems.

I would upload mine, but it is a huge folder (373MBs). See whether you still have a restore point that contains it. Then use Shadow Explorer to retrieve it. Navigate to C > Windows > Fonts, right click on it and Export.

I don't have a restore point. Usually I delete the restore points because I have 10 GB of 120 GB on drive C:

OK, let me upload them. But it will take a while. Check back in about one hour.

Make that 2 hours. I had to go to an alternate site which is very slow. Skydrive would not accept the file.

Here is the link for downloading the fonts:

Megashares - Drag. Drop. Yup. The first site to provide FREE file hosting with drag n drop support.

Go to "regular" download. And watch out - they may ask you to reactivate the account with a 4 digit number right above the Download button (they supply the number). They say it will take 28 minutes. Although the file was compressed in the .zip, it is still over 200MBs.
Once you unzipped the folder, you can move the Fonts file to C > Windows.
