Windows 7: Please make me a requested icon?

I want an icon of a skunk riding a bike but it must be high quality please but animated...on a green bike

I assume you are willing to pay someone to do this?
It looks more like a command instead of a request.

No sorry did not mean it like that and I just want it for free normally on this site we help each other...

That is one of the problems with a 1 dimension conversation. what you write
is all they get to see, no body language or facial expressions.

Just refraise your request and put it in one of the threads where the really skilled
graphic designers hang out and help people.
