How to change the icons? I've got full icons package but I don't know how to change it. Any ideas?

Icon Packs are workable with a program in which environment the pack is made . Usually there are Stardock iconpacks working with IconPackager , TuneUp Iconpacks working with TuneUp Utilities or standalone iconpacks those come with an installer command .

What is the type you do have ?

They only zip the icon pack (.zip) and the content is in PNG. I think I need to find other Icon Package. I used Icon Packager. Do you have Mac icons? I'm searching for that

You cannot apply .png files as icons unless you convert them in .ico format (IcoFX is a great free tool for this purpose ) .

As you have IconPackager, you may use OS X Iconpackare for all the icons . For simply the folder icons, you may try Leopard Live Folders for Vista by ~schmrom on deviantART .

Iconpackager is a bit troublesome program for windows 7 . If you want to uninstall it , first set the default windows icons, and then only you should uninstall it .
