okay, this is may sound stupid, this morning, my idea came up with my thinking.

you know when start "welcome" so that's totally boring, right?
    ok.

i am not expert to change that, but i really wants like this

Good morning, Names, Good evening, Names, and Good night, Name.

Anyone can do that? if not, and then oh well.

    Hello Reborn,

It's a bit involved, but the tutorial below will help show you how to change the "Welcome" message at log on/startup. So far, you will also need to either have IE9 RC or the Windows 7 SP1 RC installed for this to work though.

Welcome Log On Text Message - Change

    Hope this helps,

    The tutorial works for SP1.

It also works in for earlier Windows 7, but sometimes needs a little extra help:

If the change is not been made after a restart, go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn windows features on or off: enable or disable one of the features, (I used Gadgets).
Reboot, and the winlogon.exe.mui change should be recognized, and you can change your features back how you want them.

    NOTE:

    • This has worked for me on several computers, and has not failed yet.
    • I always run Windows 7 from the real Administrator account.
    • I have not had any feedback on this workaround, and cannot explain why it works for me, but it's like clockwork: I do it, and on next boot the text change is recognized.
