    Move the start button

This seems an obviousl request to move the start button to the base of the screen - find the user experience daunting and not a fan of having the file menu next to the start button.

can someone build something clever to acheive this?

    Thanks

Yes, you can use Object Dock to place a Start Menu button wherever you like.

Stardock.com - Your Edge In Software

Right click on dock -> Add -> Docklets -> Start Menu
