Windows 7: explorerframe.dll driving me mad!!

hello guys

i have been using various 3rd party themes by normal method of replacing the explorerframe.dll

but this one time i messed it up by renaming the expframe.dll and w\o copying new dll i restarted explorer.exe
after that the explorer.exe never started and gave error explorerframe.dll missing



then i ran sfc /scannow command and got the dll in place

but now when i am trying to replace the dll, windows always says that the same file already exists in system32 folder, but i have renamed the original file and cannot find another file with the same name!!!!!!!!
can you believe that

PLZ GUYS SORT THIS ISSUE FOR ME
