Custom Opened Program Folder?

Hello, i've been hitting the web for some time now.
What i can't find is how to change the taskbar opened program highlight icon.
I hope you know what i'm talking about, those squares around the icons that you can see on the image.

Can some one tell me where to look? Thanks in advance.

Welcome to the Seven Forums
That is in the aero.msstyle in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero you need Ave's Windows7 Style Builder
Or
Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation.

If you are using the stock Aero theme I can do it for you If it's a custom theme you need to ask the maker.

Will check back in the AM
