Two users & different displays and sound systems

Hi,
I have a system with two displays (tv set / hdmi and monitor / dvi). The displays have different native resolutions. The graphic system is two-head radeon based card. I want to create the separate profiles for two users: the first one with the monitor as default display and the second one with the tv-set as default display, each profile with different audio output, too (audio card and hdmi).
Unfortunately, the operating system remembers the last used settings. The audio/video settings are each time reconfigurated.
The second problem is the user selection window. Only one display (last used) is active.
How to realize the idea described above?
Regards,
AK
