The only way you are going to change the blue highlight for the mouse over on the restore, minimize button and language bar is to edit the aero.msstyle in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes\Aero . Then that makes it a unsigned theme & windows will not use it thats way you would need to do one of the two ways of enabling custom themes.
You can use Ave's Windows7 Style Builder or Restorator - Bome Software - Restorator - the resource editor for customization, localization, and translation. + Photoshop or Gimp or Paint to edit the aero.msstyle
Its already enable. Still no luck. The scrollbar is the same color. This is callede a hot-track effect. I want to change to another color.

What is enable?
Still no luck on what?
Did you try to edit the aero.msstyle yourself?
If you would post screenshots of things it would help.

Minimize all windows button.
Seriously, why did they not bring back that button? I found a way to fix one myself somewhere but something was wrong with it...I think I had to do it again every time I restarted my computer or something. Is there a fix or something?
