Windows dragging problem

Hi, I am having problems with when I move my windows because when I drag a window it is just the outline and the contents of thw window stay where they are untill I let go of the mouse. I used to know how to stop this from happening in XP but I can't seem to find it in 7 (Ultimate) and it is really bugging me so if someone could just tell me how to do it that would be great.

Thanks

Hello Danny,

This can help show you how to have the contents drag with the window again.

Show Window Contents or Outline While Dragging

Hope this helps,
Shawn

All the sudden, when I drag a window now, an about 3px thick inverted color border shows up where the window is and it drags that instead of the actual window, then places it. How can I set it so that when I drag a window, it drags the actual window?
