Windows 7: font problem

i'm not sure if this is the right place for this question.

first of all i'm not much of a computer genius so i'm sorry if this question is stupid.
i have a translation software which translates the English text to another language. now the problem that i've encountered is that if i translate an english word into Persian(Farsi) and then try to copy the result in the notepad or anywhere in the windows it will show me some unrecognizable text(ascii code i guess) instead of the original translation. i can see the pasted translation text correctly only if i change the notepad(for example) font to the font of translation software. i thought maybe my system is the problem so i installed the Persian fonts and configured my x64 Windows 7 but no luck! however the interesting thing is that when i change my keyboard input language to Persian and start to type in notepad it will show it correctly no matter what font i've been chosen. it gets more interesting when i copy the text that i've been typed in the notepad to the MS Office Word or another software since again it'll be shown correctly regardless of the chosen font in that particular program.
so my question is, how can i enable this default Windows 7 behavior for the translation text that i want to copy and paste? another word i want to see the translation text correctly no matter what font i choose.
