Dock/Organizing desktop

My first post/thread YAY.

Anyways just wanted some recommendations from you guys. I am a college student and I was hoping if anyone had something that will give my desktop a more cleaner look. Something that will help it be more easy to work with and easy access. Doesn't matter if it takes long to set up.

Oh also this questions for lofthil that a samurize setup?

For docks:
RocketDock: About RocketDock -
ObjectDock: - Your Edge In Software
Winstep Nexus: Winstep Nexus Dock and Nexus Ultimate - The Advanced Docking System for Windows
XWindows Dock: XWindows Dock 2.0.3. Simply the best Application Launcher ever!
Slider Dock: The next evolution of dock application launcher - Sliderdock
Circle Dock:
Rainmeter (not a dock app, but be configured to work like one):

Among those, I prefer Rocketdock or ObjectDock.

Nope, that'd be a Rainmeter skin. The name of the skin, I have no idea.

As ziklz has done an excellent job of listing off docks, I'll move on to desktop organization, though I only know a couple.

Fences - Organizes your desktop into groups of icons that can be hidden whenever you don't need them.

Divvy - Helps you manage your windows on your monitor. (Free alternative which, ironically, has more features - Windy)
