| | Do you get any kind of dialog box? If so take a screenshot of it and post it. Have you tried a restart? Have you tried Firefox yet to see if it will download anything? Jerry |

| | Yes I tried Firefox and was able to use download ok . I think the latest version of IDM integrates itself into IE, maybe thats the cause of the problem. I have contacted them. thanks for your help. |
