| | SOLVED: Recycle Bin Item Not Refreshing Unless "Refreshed" I changed the recycle bin item manually from control panel, change desktop icons. After that, I realized that, it is not refreshing itself (empty/full) unless I right click on the desktop and select refresh. I changed the icon to another one, but still had the problem. | | When changing the bin icon the way you have. I've always found it does tend to "stick". I'd suggest deleting your icon and thumbnail caches to force a refresh. If that doesn't work I can only suggest changing the default icons in your shell32.dll file (or is it the imageres.dll file? Yes, imageres 50 and 51 using Microangelos Librarian.) |
