SOLVED: Recycle Bin Item Not Refreshing Unless "Refreshed"
I changed the recycle bin item manually from control panel, change desktop icons.
After that, I realized that, it is not refreshing itself (empty/full) unless I right click on the desktop and select refresh.
I changed the icon to another one, but still had the problem.
Is there anyway to fix this?

When changing the bin icon the way you have. I've always found it does tend to "stick". I'd suggest deleting your icon and thumbnail caches to force a refresh. If that doesn't work I can only suggest changing the default icons in your shell32.dll file (or is it the imageres.dll file? Yes, imageres 50 and 51 using Microangelos Librarian.)
