How to make a Dreamscene always active behind maximized window?

Guys, I'm just want to know if there any tips or trick for this... you may know that is Dreamscene always paused when an application window is maximized... is there any way to keep dreamscene active/playback behind maximized window?



seeing animated wallpaper behind aero border seems cool than just a desktop.
