CMD screen at boot-up with Mr. Grims...

I found a website where I was able to download all of Mr. Grims Icon Packs with the Installers. They where all compresses in a .7zip folder. I have never used this sight before, but I downloaded it anyway just because I'm dumb. Before I unzipped the folder, I did do a scan with Avast and Malwarebytes and they both came back clean. So I proceded to install the x64 Black Glass Icon Pack with the installer. Well, now every time I boot up there seems to be a CMD (or something like it) screen that pops up very quickly and then goes away. The Icon in the task bar shows just shows a page icon with the top left icon bent downward. So my question is, does anyone else get this when they downloaded the original?

I would have downloaded it directly from the SevenForums page but I could not find a working link. And I am running Windows 7 Home Premium x64 Build 7601 (the build for the Mr. Grim's Icons is 7600, so should that make a difference?) Thanks for your help!

Edit: The screen at boot up that I am talking about couldn't even be related to the Icon Pack, I just noticed it this morning and that was the last thing I had done to my system.

I have never used Mr.Grim's icons, but it indeed can be something else.

Could you please make a screenshot of the Startup tab, which could be found by clicking Start - Run (Or WIN+R), then typing msconfig and hitting Enter.

Also, you could download utility Autoruns by Microsoft Sysinternals and check for unknown/weird software.

    Autoruns for Windows

It shows all processes which start with your system.

    To Neutron16:
I have saved my Autoruns into a .txt file and will upload it as an attachment.

    To SIW2:
Because I don't know his user name.

    Thanks for the help.

DragonPoet, I was not able to find anything suspicious. Some crap-ware can be unchecked (like HP update and Divx update etc.), but nothing that would ring the bell. Speaking about icon pack, there are two programs which could possible be installed with that - stickies.exe and aquasnap.daemon.exe Try to boot without them, this might prove whether Mike's work has anything to do with the issue... Also, please pm or post link where you downloaded that installer.

Your right, it was either stickies or aquasnap. And here is the link: Mr GRiM's complete icon pack with installers

In the install file of Grim's icon pack I have found a file
    %TEMP%\cleanins.cmd

This should only run ONCE right after reboot of the first installation.
Here is a comment in the Grim's installation file about it:"Add a reg key for RunOnce to run a cleanup script on restart..."
