Windows 7: Classic Windows Explorer behaviour

I want to customise Windows 7 window explorer to react as Classic windows explorer. An example would be the Windows 7 Registry Editor, where we can get the exact behaviour of classic explorer:

Here are the behaviours of Windows Explorer I want to edit:

1)
For example: When I enter the folder > Program Files > Program Name and now when I click the minus (-) of Program Files to go back, I still get the same contents of my previous viewed folder.


Is there a way to set the focus back properly.

2)
I wanted to know if there is a way to view file details in the status bar instead of the Details Plane.

3)
I want to relocate the position of the toolbars in windows explorer:
(a) I want to remove the Organize toolbar at the bottom of the Menu bar
(b) I want to place the Menu Bar at the top of the address bar.
