Can I get Mac like folders on Windows 7

I know you are wondering what I mean well the picture will describe.

I want to know if I can make to where I click on the folder and it shows to the right what is in it. Just like that feature on Mac and makes it easier to see instead of clicking and going back.

The subject is called Column view and has been unsuccessfully discussed here.
To cut the long story short: It is not possbible in a standard Windows Explorer.

Consider third party applications like UltraExplorer
