I have a couple smiley's I could make one with but my time here would be short.

It's not as difficult as it looks but maybe it's best I make a tutorial, I did this in Corel but the same concept would work in PS and Gimp ...

As promised .. soz it took a while ... this was done in CorelPhotoPaint but the same concept is used in PS ... enjoy
