    You will find it easier to replace the entire .dll's - you can get fresh ones from the installation dvd.

    7-zip will open it for you.

    Why not?

    It's probably easier than what you are trying to do now.

    If you want all your icons back to win 7 defaults - you can copy the imageres.dll and shell32.dll from the installation dvd.

    7- zip will let you see inside the installation iso - and inside the install.wim ( in the "sources" folder ), you can then copy them out.

    No, you didn't understand the point.
    I wanna have other folders when i press right click - new folder, instead those yellow.

    But first i have to find the folders i like, and seems to be no chance

    Mark has a site with a lot of that kind of stuff - can't remember what it is called - search for Mr. Grim icons or similar

    There is so many nice folders & icons, but the one i like it i can't find it.
    Maybe it doesen't exist for Windows OS.
