Hey all, in Windows 7, I usually create another 2 custom libraries to suit my data. I can't seem to find a way to add them to top right of the start menu along with Music, Pictures and Videos.

I think I know what you mean. Right click your taskbar go to properties, start menu, customize and choose whatever folder then display as link or menu.
