remove text under windows 7 desktop icons
hi is there a way to remove the text under the icons. It is so obvious what they are that i dont need to be told! Thanks!

yeah thanks for that - in fact I just did the extreme move and just removed them compeltely. I rather keep the 10 apps or so that I use on the taskbar - keep the desktop free!

Other than my dock, I have only one camouflaged folder on my desktop for which the name sticks out like a sore thumb. Is it possible to hide/remove the name for this folder alone, without changing the behavior of other folders/shortcuts etc (long shot)?
