Always show the little triangles beside folders in WinExplorer

In the navigation pane of Windows Explorer, there is a little triangle beside a folder for expanding and collapsing. I would lik to see those triangles be always present, not just pop out when you mouse over the navigation pane.

Is there a setting/hack for that?

PS: What's the term for that little triangle?

Those are called Glyph or Expanding, Collapsing Arrows. There is no setting for that.

Those are called "Expando buttons". Classic Shell has an option to show them always. You can download it from here: Welcome to Classic Shell

Hi, guys. Thank you for answering me and providing info.

As Ivo recommends, I'll try Classic Shell.
