I know it's possible to have a moving animated wallpaper. But is it possible to have 2 or more running. So for example when my first "video" is done, it starts the second.

No, I mean since you are using videos as background. Is it possible to highlight 2 videos so the second background starts after the first one.
For example, If I first have a video of the mw2 intro and the video is 1:50 long. After 1:50 the mw2 intro closes and a video of crysis comes up and after 1:50 the crysis video closes and the mw2 intro starts again. Basically i wanna have 2 videos as background but not at the same time.
technically that is not possible, but you may join the two clips , so that one will start after the other .
I think you can play any video in walpaper mode with VLC. I've not tried it but I see no reason why you couldn't use a playlist.
