Need help with sidebar gadgets please?

Hi guys,It is a long story so please bare with me.A few days ago i uninstall my kaspersky antivirus and there are two window sidebar gadgets(all cpu meters and gpu observer) that are turn on while i did that. After the uninstallation the two gadgets those two gadget seem to wash out and all there is left are black border of them.So i reinstall the antivirus and it seem to work again. Now here come the problem ,every time i restart the window it took about 2 to three minutes to load these two gadgets ,i even tried opening with other like ten gadgets on.And they are the only two that took too long to load ,other just open like instant as soon as the window load.I tried reinstalling the gadget and even updating them. But it doesn't works. There is also problem with these two while uninstalling.Other gadgets uninstall easily but these two show "the folder you use is being used by another program"and i have to restart to uninstall them(both old version and newer updated version).I used to be able to launch the like 2 second every time window start. Now it took forever to load.So is there any way to fix it like resetting the registry or the gadgets. Thanks and sorry for my english.

    Code:
