| Windows 7 Professional 64bit SP1 336 posts | The folder with these images should be found at- C:\images and/or C:\Users\Username\Pictures\images (or similar if Windows is on another drive). |

Personally, I created a " Wallpaper " folder under Pictures folder and store all my wallpaper pictures there. When you download/copy a wallpaper, you click Save As > then you navigate to the folder of your choice > then you click Save. |
