    Any way to remove user picture frame in log on screen?


    Is there any way to remove the frame that should display an user avatar? It's just not necessary in this case.

    It's definitely not what I need.

    Your advice is a little better. But I don't like to use such programs that are doing something with my system and I don't know what exactly. I prefer to work with registry and system files directly by myself and see what I do.

    Besides, that program didn't work for me. It's created on VB (that is not good) and possibly some additional VB libraries are needed. Or it's just a bad code.

    Though your advice gave me a direction in which to dig.

I've done this before on my desktop. I removed the picture and picture frame from the startup screen. But now I'm trying to do it on my netbook and I can't remember what file I edited to remove the frame. Anyone know what file I may have edited? EDIT: Is it Authui.dll?
Hello. I found this But my problem is, i it also removes the picture. I want to keep the picture but remove the kinda transparent ''bar'' around the picture if you understand me? Anybody know how to? tried all i could..
User Picture and Frame

I have been using a third party theme called MC Bleau. I would like to remove the user picture and frame from this one theme. I have Restorator but I never have used it. Any help with this would be appreciated. I don't want it removed from the Logon Screen though.
Does anyone know if there is a way to change the user picture frame on the logon screen, similar to the way you would change it on the start menu?
