Android Like Desktop on Windows 7 ?

Hi , Is it possible yet to make your desktop like Android 2.1 (Eclair) just like xperia x8 etc, to drag desktops with your mouse ??

I would really love it. Thanks

I'm not sure exactly what you mean though Dexpot (freeware) comes to mind. With Dexpot you can create up to 20 custom virtual desktops for different workflows. The program has some great features and provides a choice of options for switching between your desktops.

Exactly, but when I change the animation to wall / filmstrip, and manually press hotkeys for next desktop still the cube animation shows up ??

Is this in reply to my previous post? If so, I've not used Dexpot for over a year now, and did not use any of the animations myself. From what I recall you set the background for individual desktops via it's profile- which you will need to configure if you have not done so already. Right-click the taskbar icon and from there, you can adjust advanced settings.

If you do not get a better response on the forums here then I politely suggest you post on the Dexpot forums for more information...

thanks for reply , I actually emailed them about some features which are not currently in this release, like slide animation from left to right (like android) and to have different icons on every desktop...

otherwise it's perfect and hey it's free, thanks for sharing,
