    Resizing shouldn't be an issue .. you're linking to the image rather than uploading it to SF servers... I think

    I've just had to change image, the reflection was offset (check the yellow quare in first pic)

    If you create a new image or open an existing file, click the 'Shape Tool'

    Draw the shape you want

    On the right hand panel, click styles then 'Web Styles'
    Attachment 25571

    You will now have the styles loaded
    Attachment 25572

    Now the shape will change as you click each style
    Attachment 25573

    The same can be applied for any shape, even custom shapes enjoy
