    A Guy, I woke up about an hour ago thinking they ought to be a search program for this. It does work. Found 5 entries on my c drive.

    Correct that to 6 entries. Had to download the beta version of ResHacker as the first version would not open two of the mui's. Deleted the create shortcut from all of them but still did not solve the problem so something else is locking it in.

    Problem solved from info Arc referred me to Remove "Create Shortcut" from file and folder context menu?. Will post the process which worked over there since their info solved the issue.
