| | Color Scheme changed to Windows Vista Basic I found that the service called Desktop Windows Manager has been disabled by windows.Open task manager,then click on services tab.Next on the bottom right there's is a button called services.Click it and look for Desktop Windows Manager Session Manager.Highlight it then on the left click on restart.I hop this helps. |
