Custom mouse cursors reset to default upon restart?

Recently I made my first custom mouse cursor scheme using the Microangelo Toolset.
I saved the scheme and applied it. I also re-saved the theme as well(i.e. background, colors, icons, etc.) so that the mouse scheme would be associated with my current desktop theme.

Everything works fine until I restart my computer. When I restart, my desktop theme loads but not the mouse scheme. If I right-click on the desktop and select personalize, and then select a different theme and then switch back, the cursor scheme loads.

But having to do this every time my computer starts up is annoying. So, I want to know what I need to do to get these custom cursors to load on start-up, thanks in advance.

    *Edit*
Okay I just realized I was wrong about something. When I restart and switch themes and then switch back, only some of my custom cursors load. Specifically my custom re-size (i.e. horizontal/vertical re-size, etc.) cursors do not load, instead the re-size cursors from one of the default schemes loads. I think there might be some other one's that don't load also.

    *Edit*
Alright, nevermind I got it working. I had my custom cursors saved in my microangelo folder so I copied and pasted them into the windows default cursor folder
    C:\Computer\Local Disk C:\Windows\Cursors

Then I went back to the pointers tab in the mouse properties window(i.e right-click desktop=>personalize=>Change mouse pointers). I selected my scheme and then manually browsed to the new location for each cursor. Then saved my scheme. Then I went back to the personalization window and it said I had an unsaved theme so I saved my theme. That's it, works now.
