    no, still no joy. merged the default_zip - it said registry changed. still cant open it (Oceanis folder)

Can't change wallpaper

Everytime I change my wallpaper to a different one, it doesn't change, but remains the same as this one wallpaper which I deleted ages ago but it doesn't go away. How can I remove it?
