Wallpaper - how do I change it?

    Hi everyone
This is my first post, so please bear with me

I've just bought an ACER notebook and it's got Windows 7 starter.

This has probably been answered a million times before but....

How do I change the background/wallpaper?

    Many thanks in advance guys

    Thanks Brink
I've downloaded the Oceanis program, but can't open it because it's a zip file!

Unless you have a quick fix, I'll leave it til the morning - my heads about to explode!

    Thanks again

Perhaps it got corrupted somehow while you were downloading it. Try downloading it again to your desktop to see if you are able to open and extract the Oceanis exe file from it afterwards.

Do you have any problems opening any other ZIP files on your computer?

As a test to see if something may be wrong with your ZIP file associations, download and merge the ZIP option in the tutorial below, and restart the computer. Afterwards, see if you are able to open the ZIP file.

Default File Type Associations - Restore

If not, I'll post the EXE for you to see if you are able to download it directly instead. :)

The link above will give you more details on this, but you would right click on the downloaded REG file at the link above, and click on Merge.
