    I'm assuming you mean Aero Peek, Snap and Shake? If so, the below tutorials should all help.

    Aero Peek - Turn On or Off
    Aero Snap - Turn On or Off
    Aero Snap - Turn On or Off

    If you also want Transparency:
    Transparency - Enable or Disable

    If none of the above work, try following the below tutorial.
    Aero - Enable in Unsupported Editions of Windows 7

    If you download the latest diplay driver from the individual downloads tab and install it, Aero will turn on automactically.
