If you set it's color to some kinda grey, it will be quite invisible.
I use this to remove my icons, but I haven't found a way to remove text. TBarIconBlanker

If you wana hide the active title bar text, guess the easiest way is to choose a blank font.
I have attached a blank font below..... download and copy it to the fonts folder C:\Windows \Fonts
Go to Window Color and Appearance.. from the dropdown choose Active Title Bar and change the font to the blank font.
( size doesn't really matter....:))
Run any program CCleaner or notepad the title text should be out of sight. Actually it is there, just that you can't see it.
If you want to remove the icon to have a clean title bar....please refer to the above link... posted by TBVNZ.
