How to enable Aero and personalization on the Windows 7 Home Basic and Windows 7 Starter
If you have a panel of Winreview.ru, remove it (and Personalization Panel DWM Controller, if you have it installed) - it will hinder you.
Download the patch from Mr. dUSHA. Install it, then the computer automatically restarts.
Everything! You will select "Personalize" from the context menu and all of the above functions.
