Start Menu On Top?

Hey mates,

Today I want to ask something somewhat luxurious.

We have always been used to seeing the Start Menu on the bottom of our screen. So, I was looking for a change.

Is there anyway to keep the Start Menu on the top(reverse position)?

Thanks in advance for all your help

Regards
HDM
