Show Desktop in Favorites in Windows Explorer

    Hi Guys,

I have a Toshiba Satellite Laptop full Windows 7 and an Acer Aspire Netbook full Windows 7. On the Netbook in Windows Explorer I see the option for "show desktop" in the Favorites section by default. On my Toshiba I don't see it. I did add a quick launch to my start bar on the Toshiba and I can't drag the show desktop from it over to the favorites in Windows Explorer.

I did find on this site the hot key "windows + d" shows the desktop but I would like to put show desktop in my Favorites also.

I just engaged in this crusade today so when I figure it out I'll post my solution. Although I expect that one of you guys will have the answer. Cuz you cool like that.

    Thanks

Look at that I solved my own problem in like 2 minutes.

I selected and right clicked Favorites in Windows Explorer.

In the pop-up I clicked "Restore Favorite links" and the desktop link came back.

    Thanks guys.
