Possible to move where pinned items are on taskbar?

I know you can pin programs to the task bar, but they are always aligned to the left. Is there any way to make them stay to the right, near the taskbar icons?

This is for centering the icons, I'm sure you can adjust it to your liking though.

Doesn't seem to help, because the open programs part of the task bar is the same place where pinned items go. Moving that would move where all my open programs are.
I already have a "quick launch bar" that contains shortcuts, and I'm unable to drag pinned items into another quick launch bar, which would be what I want to do.
