What the best/craziest gadgets for Windows 7?

okay I want to know where to find the craziest looking gadgets for Windows 7 desktop. I saw this guys desktop and this has to be some type of gadgets correct? Like rainmeter?

hey Jerry thank you for responding. I joined back in April and totally forgot about this site. the laptop I had took a crap on me and I just remembered this site. thank you again btw what do you know what skin that is? I had rainmeter and found it confusing to work with or maybe I was making it harder then it seems.

My 2¢ -- I'm just guessing, but it looks like a transparent RainMeter skin superimposed over a very cool Desktop background photo behind it.

No I do not know what skin that is. You could browse #Rainmeter on deviantART but be very careful what you download there is a warning out there.
