Windows 7: Rain Meter Need some help to make a Diablo 3 Desktop!

Hello Everyone.


I just installed windows 7 and im asking myself if it would be possible to make a Diablo 3 Desktop with rain meter ? Or if anyone did made one ? Im searching the forum but can't find anything at the moment still searching in case there would be something.

Edit: and i was forgetting something, is it possible to make button to launch Tier program or even folder to be on my desktop background ? im kind of bored to get 30-50 icon on my desktop and this is why i wonder if Rain meter can do this. I know Rocket Dock can be usefull for thats but its just don't feel with my taste in customisation.
