And there you have it.

It doesn't really matter the length of the shadow only predicts the time of day (the height of the light that falls on the image)

Purely on aesthetics, I would say that the shorter shadow looks more natural :)

I'm just posting another version with a shorter drop shadow, as per the speedgamer01's suggestion. Which one looks more natural? Posting the former one again, that way you've got a side-by-side comparison

I'll say the one with the shorter shadow looks more natural. The longer shadowed one I would think would need some slight shading elsewhere to account for the lower angle of sunlight that would be coming from the later time of day, as Nick mentioned.

Dont mind, may you have a try placing the pen at the end point of Athen"e" ?
