Help me please aero is not working on my computer i tried the force aero hack but that doesnt work my graphic card is sapphire hd4350 and all my drivers are updated please help me with my problem thanks!

Firstly make sure you are using an aero theme. According to your screenshot the unsaved theme which is usually the present one is high contrast/Basic theme.
Make sure your WEI is upto date - Windows Experience Index - Update or Refresh Score
Try running the Aero troubleshooter
Try running a system file check - SFC /SCANNOW Command - System File Checker
Have you installed any third party themes and/or patched any files.
What is the forced aero hack you refer to.
Post back with any questions/results

I notice from your screenshot that you are using Windows 7 Ultimate build 7600.
This version has expired and we do not condone or advise on how to hack your system.
Upgrade to a legitimate version of Windows and Aero will then work.
