Windows 7: Question on Download libraries

Question on Download libraries

Of the start menu:
  • the Document link takes me right to the Document Library (see Screenshot1 below)
  • the Pictures link takes me right to the Picture Library (perfect)
  • the Music link takes me right to the Music Library (perfect)
  • but the Downloads link
    • does NOT take me Downloads Library - which exists (see Screenshot2), but rather,
    • it takes me to a Downloads Folder (see Screenshot3 )
How do I get the Downloads link to point directly to the Downloads Library? ( so that it works the same as Documents, Pictures and Music)

This is such a thing that windows 7 would be easily capable of doing if the authors didn't limit it too much...
As an alternative you can drag the downloads library to the start menu to pin it there so it will show up on the left side
