Windows 7: Change color of background glow behind window title

I will start on that a little later today and try to get it finished it maybe tomorrow morning before before I get it done and posted.
Any special name for me to call it?

Hi Jerry--

I just tried that last one you suggested but it looks the same as what I had when choosing Windows 7 Basic.
Yes, I am looking for the dark blue/med light gray in the backgrounds as mentioned in my last post.

Here you go Ian
Put both 1 theme folder and 1 .theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Themes
Change color of background glow behind window title-no_glow_win7.png

Then open the Basic folder and put that 1 .theme file in C:\Windows\Resources\Ease of Access Themes
Change color of background glow behind window title-basic.png

Scroll down in Personalization to the Basic theme area for Basic No_Glow_Win7
Change color of background glow behind window title-personalization.png
Let me know if it's OK
