This is what I get when I right click in my Music library:

I want to add a menu item to open my music with vlc but I can't find anyway to do it

Sounds like you need an "Open With" option. Take a look at this tutorial:
Add or Remove ‘Open With’ to Context Menu

Also, here are a multitude of 3rd party apps that will allow you to customize your Context Menus:

Customize the Right Click Menu in Windows 7 - Make Tech Easier
Edit Context Menu Items In Windows 7 & Vista

Right-Click Extender download and reviews from SnapFiles

Also, as a work-around, to expand your number of Context Menu items, try pressing + holding down the Shift key before right-clicking on the file or folder. You may already have the Open With option there.

Sorry, I didn't explain myselft. It would be a folder (disc album) I want to play with vlc not a file. I already can open a music file with a vlc context menu but not the disc album

    An example.
Righ click on a folder with music:

Fine, I can open it with mediaplayer and vlc.Thant's ok.
But if a go to my Music Library on the same folder I get this:

There, I can only use Media Player not vlc. The programs you listed (I haven't tried them all) mainly work with normal folders and not Libraryes, notice the lfew options when you open a Library folder
